Konstruktura turns 30 this January. From its humble beginnings when incorporated during January 1990 it has, over the past 30 years, become a major medium- to large- scale construction company. From 8 Quiambao to Amina Building to its current home at 700 Road 1.
Konstruktura is the culmination of the vision, business acumen, determination and hard work of its President, Olan Dimaano. Olan, a BS Engineering and Master’s Business Administration graduate from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, maximized his UP education putting systems and controls in place optimizing bids enabling Konstruktura to be accurate in its costing, avoiding cost overruns whilst remaining competitive in the marketplace.
The first Konstruktura projects were small fit-out projects. From there Konstruktura expanded and to date, Konstruktura has handled more than 300 medium- to large-scale projects. Its portfolio covers a wide range, to include the construction and renovation of offices, clubhouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, retail stores, salons, amusement centers, banks, museums, warehouses, factories, condominiums, residences and water pipelines.
The extremely loyal personnel of Konstruktura throughout its 30 years are key asset to its success. Under the guidance and leadership of President Olan, Konstruktura produced outstanding industry capable office and site personnel maintaining the high level of efficiency associated with Konstruktura.
The Vision of Konstruktura is to become a major medium- to large- scale construction company, focused exclusively on general contracting. It aims to provide quality work with speed, at a reasonable cost, through strong coordination with its clients.
